By accessing or using Enchanted Enigmas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Play. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms of Play constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Enchanted Enigmas. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Enchanted Enigmas is intended for players aged 13 and older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Play or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

Enchanted Enigmas is designed for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All puzzles, mysteries, and dilemmas are to be engaged with in good faith.

You agree not to use automated tools, scripts, bots, or any other means to artificially solve puzzles, manipulate timers, or falsify leaderboard scores. Any such activity will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.

Sharing puzzle solutions, cipher keys, or mystery answers publicly — in a manner that spoils the experience for other players — is strongly discouraged and may result in removal from the Service.

Leaderboard rankings are based on completion time and accuracy. Enchanted Enigmas reserves the right to remove any entry that appears to have been achieved through unfair means.

All content on Enchanted Enigmas — including but not limited to puzzle designs, mystery narratives, character names, artwork, illustrations, typography, and game mechanics — is the exclusive intellectual property of Enchanted Enigmas and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Service may be used by Enchanted Enigmas without any obligation to you.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Enchanted Enigmas does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enchanted Enigmas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Enchanted Enigmas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any game, feature, or content.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Service.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: harassment of other players, posting offensive or harmful content, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, and engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

Enchanted Enigmas is a space for curious minds and cosy mystery lovers. We ask that all players treat one another with respect and approach every puzzle with a spirit of fair play and good humour.

These Terms of Play shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
